A little bit about me:
Hi there - I'm Cathryn Cariad and I produce fine handmade chocolates from my Victorian farmhouse, overlooking the beautiful Moelwyn Mountains of Snowdonia in North Wales.
As you will see from browsing around my website - I produce a huge variety of delicious, award-winning chocolate bars, truffles, salted caramels, and fudge; as well as wedding favours and chocolate gift items - including individually designed Chocolate Stiletto Shoes, chunky chocolate Dragons and Castles, and personalised Chocolate Champagne Bottles, Wine Bottles and Beer Bottles.
I personally hand-make everything featured on this site to ensure quality and attention to detail. Although I don't claim to produce my own chocolate 'from the bean' - I pride myself on sourcing and working with delicious, top quality couverture chocolate to produce products that I am sure you will love (all of the chocolate used is obtained from a leading Belgian supplier who has ethical policies against exploitation in the sourcing of cocoa products) In addition to my website, I have a stall at Porthmadog Produce Market on the last Saturday of every month. I also have a selection of my chocolates in some small independent deli's, gift shops & craft studios in the local area. I am pleased to say that I have always had wonderfully positive comments from the many people who taste and (luckily for me) buy my products, and I have lots of lovely loyal customers who return to buy my products time and again.
